Started with a truck, a toolbox, and a few neighbors who needed help
AquaFlow started back in 2013 when Carlos Mendoza — a licensed plumber with about eight years of experience already — got tired of working for a big regional company that cared more about billable hours than actually fixing the problem. He started taking side jobs for neighbors and a few people from church, word got around the way it does in a smaller community, and by 2015 his brother-in-law Danny had come on board too. They made it official not long after that.
These days it's still a small crew — five guys, one dispatcher (that's Carlos's wife, Elena, who you'll probably end up talking to on the phone), and a service area that's grown a lot since those first few jobs. We're not trying to become the biggest plumbing company in the state. We just want to keep showing up, do the work right, and not gouge people who are already having a bad enough day with water on the floor.

Called them around 9pm on a Sunday because our water heater started leaking everywhere. Guy showed up within the hour, fixed it, and didn't try to upsell us a whole new system like the last company did. Saved the number in my phone for next time (hopefully there isn't one).

Didn't expect much from a "family run" plumber honestly, but these guys know what they're doing. Fixed a leak two other companies couldn't figure out. Also left the bathroom cleaner than they found it, which almost never happens with contractors.
